The extremes of ice and snow on the Monte Carlo rally, which kicks off the season, to the heat of the Sahara Desert, means that all our equipment and truss awnings must perform to the very high standards that the WRC teams demand.
Back at the start of the 1999 season when the Ford Focus team was launched amidst a blaze of glory with Colin McRae, The Awning Company was entrusted with the supply to Fof all the truss structures, support vehicle awnings to Ford ground sheets. Following the first outing at Monte Carlo for the Ford Focus and The Awning Company, all the other manufacturers soon followed suit. Ralliart Mitsubishi, Pro Drive Subaru, Seat, Peugeot, Skoda and Toyota have all come to The Awning Company for solutions.
