Since launching more than 30 years ago, we have manufactured a range of outdoor products for a variety of motorsport activities, from amateur karting to the highest professional level.

Born from a passion for this industry, the first range of safeguard protection barrier systems was introduced by Recticel in 1994. Recticel Safeguard Barriers was the first race safety manufacturer to offer a foam-engineered system that the International Motorcycling Federation (FIM) approved.

The Recticel Safeguard Barrier Range is recognised by the Auto-Cycle Union (ACU), the Motor Sports Association (MSA), and the National Karting Association (NKA) for meeting the highest safety standards.

The Recticel safeguard barrier foam is supplied exclusively to The Awning Company, where we manufacture the approved covers and distribute the complete, systems. These products are suitable for use in formula racing, hill climbing, car racing, motorcycle racing, and more. Available in a variety of colours, the barriers are designed for both temporary and permanent installations, offering flexibility and reliability for any circuit!
