The GB3 Championship, partnered by the BRDC, is the UK’s leading single-seater category and an established proving ground for young drivers progressing towards FIA Formula 3 and the higher levels of international motorsport.
The championship combines high-performance cars, professional teams and racing at leading UK and European circuits, giving aspiring drivers valuable experience in a competitive environment. The GB4 Championship, also partnered by the BRDC, provides an accessible entry point into professional single-seater racing. It was created to give drivers graduating from karting or club-level motorsport a cost-effective route into slicks-and-wings competition.

Earlier in 2026, MotorSport Vision approached The Awning Company to create a new Race Hub for its GB3 and GB4 championships.
The brief was to produce a substantial hospitality suite between two race trailers, creating a central space where championship personnel, drivers, teams, partners and guests could meet throughout a race weekend.
At 17m x 13m, the finished structure needed to provide a large and practical interior while also delivering something equally important: a distinctive visual presence.
MSV wanted the Race Hub to stand out in the paddock and move away from the appearance of a conventional motorsport awning. The frontage therefore needed to feel more like a premium, permanent hospitality venue while retaining the flexibility and practicality required for use at different race circuits.
Working closely with the MSV team, we designed and manufactured a bespoke awning structure spanning the space between two race trailers.
The structure creates an impressive 221-square-metre hospitality suite, using the trailers as part of the overall configuration and transforming the area between them into a professional and welcoming Race Hub.
To give the structure its distinctive appearance, we created a full-width frontage using aluminium-framed, full-height toughened glass wall panels. The extensive glazing allows natural light into the hospitality area and gives the building an open, contemporary feel, while still providing a clear division between the busy paddock and the space inside.
A recessed entrance was incorporated into the frontage, complete with an aluminium-framed toughened glass double door. This creates a strong central focal point and gives guests a clear and welcoming arrival into the Race Hub.
Above the glazed frontage, bespoke aluminium-framed façade panels were introduced to break away from the traditional awning roofline. These panels provide a clean architectural finish and create a large, highly visible area for the GB3, GB4 and Race Hub branding.
The result is a structure that combines the flexibility of a temporary motorsport awning with the appearance and atmosphere of a permanent hospitality building.
