What information do we collect about you?
We collect information about you when you make a purchase with us. We also collect information when you voluntarily opt in for marketing preferences, complete customer surveys, provide feedback and participate in competitions. Finally, we collect information when you voluntarily enquire with us on our website, social media platforms or at events (e.g. Trade Shows). We may collect personal identification information from users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when users visit our site, register on the site, place an enquiry, subscribe to the newsletter, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our site.

Sharing data with third parties
We use a third-party provider, MailChimp, to deliver our email newsletter. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter. For more information, please see MailChimp’s privacy notice. You can unsubscribe to general mailings at any time of the day or night by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails.
We currently use a third party for retargeting and online marketing campaigns. More details can be requested at the below address.
When someone visits www.thetipicompany.com we use a third-party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.
We do not sell, trade, or rent users personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners, trusted affiliates and advertisers for the purposes outlined above.
