After securing a significant 12-month contract, DPL Graphics needed to increase its production capacity at its Birchwood premises.
The contract involves installing complete vehicle liveries and converting vans into fully functioning mobile workshops for tradespeople from a variety of sectors.
With a larger and more consistent volume of vehicles moving through the business, DPL Graphics required additional covered space where its team could work safely and efficiently throughout the year.
The solution needed to be robust, weatherproof and suitable for the demands of a busy commercial vehicle operation. It also had to provide a practical working environment that could be installed directly alongside the company’s existing premises.
The Awning Company designed, manufactured and installed a two-bay Tech Tent at the DPL Graphics site in Birchwood.
The structure provides a substantial extension to the company’s existing workspace, allowing additional vehicles to be worked on under cover while helping the team manage the increased production requirements created by the new contract.
Designed for long-term commercial use, the Tech Tent creates a robust and weatherproof working environment that protects staff, vehicles, materials and equipment from changing weather conditions.
